Shipping Information

We are fanatical about shipping our coffee to you while it is still fresh. Your coffee is roasted after your order is placed. We roast every Monday at this time. Coffee that is ordered whole bean can be shipped the same day or the next. We roast your beans, place them in a bag with a valve, and ship them within about 24 hrs of roasting. Fresh roasted coffee must rest 24 hrs after roasting before it is ground. Grinding too soon will leave you with a flat, tasteless coffee, therefore, we cannot grind your coffee before 24 hours. We strongly recommend that you grind the beans just before brewing, but if you prefer us to grind your coffee then we must wait 24 hrs to insure quality.

When will it arrive

We roast every Monday at this time, so your order will be roasted and processed on the soonest roasting date. Your coffee will usually arrive within 5-7 days after your order is placed. If you have a special need you can contact us at (740) 709-1610 so we can work with you.

How much will it cost

We ship via the USPS at this time. All items will be shipped priority mail. We do all we can to keep our shipping prices reasonable. The more you buy the better your shipping rate. Business orders of 20 pounds or more will be shipped UPS or Fedex ground for the most reasonable rate possible.
